Injection Molding & Production Technology Engineering
We optimally tune high-performance precision injection molding equipment and in-line assembly robot facilities, and design preventive maintenance plans. We control the linked operation of MES automatic assembly lines to support ultra-fast mass manufacturing competitiveness.
Reliability Quality Verification & Standard Certification
We analyze various physical and electrical reliability evaluations based on global automotive test specifications, such as harsh climate chamber tests, high-gloss light resistance tests, and electrostatic application tests, and manage the IATF 16949 global standard.
Global & Domestic Technical Sales & Resource Management
We secure new component contracts by responding to quotes and hosting tech seminars with global brand buyers. We control the component raw material supply chain (SCM) and support internal accounting, planning, and human resources management.
